Whether you have an established employee wellness program or not, very few companies reach the holy grail of a “wellness culture” without making it a prerequisite of the interview process (think a super fitness minded company.) How do you reach your most at-risk employees and get them to participate in your wellness program? After all, isn’t that who they were designed to help?

Kristin has a master’s degree in real estate finance and spent 20 years in the childcare business, where she implemented successful wellness program through trial and error. She takes this expertise as well as her education in wellness and what works to her clients and delivers!


Wellness in the workplace:  Why it makes as much sense for the employee (and in some cases more) as the employer. When people see that the group is a team working together either to raise costs or lower them, they want to create a culture of wellness.

How do you want to live?  When individuals truly understand their own quality of life it motivates change in a personal way.

What is healthy really?  It’s not about weight. If you give your body the nutrients it needs and avoid toxins it does not need, weight falls off, energy improves, aches and pains clear up, sleep improves, even allergies improve.
